Craniosacral Therapy - A gentle touch therapy is done while lying on a massage table completely clothed and it deals with both the energy body, releasing energy cysts or stuck energy from illness, accident, trauma or belief and the physical body assisting in the flow of the cranial sacral fluid (the neural information system) throughout the body and the rhythmic movement of the cranial bones.  It is extremely soothing, balancing and healing for every body and will leave you feeling both relaxed and revitalized as your natural flow of energy is released, detoxified and restored to normal.

ThetaHealing Therapy – This is a channeled healing technique that deals in a variety of ways with distress, negative beliefs, tension and illness held in the body.

Spiritual Direction – Intuitive guidance, much like counseling but dealing more with the nature of the spirit and can include meditation and/or practical exercises for self-discovery.  I view the mind as the ego, the voice of the little ‘i’ which is rooted in fear and the spirit as the voice of the big “I”, the true self, which is rooted in love.  All human experience is rooted in one or the other but in western civilization, we often only focus on the concerns of the mind and bypass the higher wisdom of the soul/spirit/higher self which causes stress, alienation and “dis-ease”.  Guidance and spiritual meditation based on Caroline Myss’ work, Entering the Castle (St. Teresa of Avila) is also available.  Hospice coaching available for individuals and family. 

Archetypal Patterning and Guidance – This work is based on Caroline Myss’ book Sacred Contracts in which the sacred contracts of the soul are explored through a study of the various archetypal energies that flow through each individual.  The survival energies of Child, Victim, Saboteur and Prostitute govern each of us in our daily lives but we each also have eight additional archetypes that are a consistent part of our personality throughout this lifetime and deeply, often unconsciously, influence our decisions and relationships.  Beyond our archetypes of this lifetime, are the Cosmic archetypes that are God given and represent our destiny and the Kairos archetypes that are part of the fabric of the collective and can be called upon as needed.  Each set of archetypes fit into a twelve house astrological wheel that reveals where their primary influence will occur.  This is a fascinating work that can be used in a variety of ways, both simple and complex, to delve into ourselves, our relationships with those close to us and can be used to gain insight into specific life questions.  While the complete work can be very detailed, it can easily be approached by the beginner who will immediately gain personal insight and can chose to build on that or simply use it at the primary level.  

Therapeutic Bodywork – Basic massage techniques which can be coupled with aromatherapy, reflexology, energy healing of Reiki, Polarity Balance, etc. 

Distance Work – Consulting sessions and/or energy healing can be done by phone.
Space Clearing – Clearing and grounding the energy of your environment.

All services are priced the same:  $90 per hour which is a typical session but more or less time can also be scheduled.
